Taking Sides: Assignment 2 (Is Genetic Enhancement an Unacceptable Use of Technology?)
REFLECTION:
Im glad that this class is a required course. I learned a lot about myself (biologically and physically) and how to care for myself better. I think that everyone should take this course because a lot of us don't know anything about how we really work. It especially was a great benefit for me this semester because I was pregnant and learning about how my body works helped me to be more confident during the labor part. I am also more confident about how to care for my child because I know the stages of what happens when the body gets infected. This helps me to know what the first signs of infection are in my child or anyone else.
Learning about how we and other organisms contribute to our environment allows me to see the big picture instead of my little world. I know that I contribute to the earths waste and I am able to contribute to recycling to keep our environment clean.
